1. H & N in H5N1 (vogelgriep) staan voor de antistoffen die worden geproduceerd
op basis vd virale antigenen. ✔️
FOUT:
Virale antigenen = antigenen van het virus, bv. H5N1
Antigen = antibody generator
= eiwitten aan buitenkant v virus waarmee virus zich aan gastheer vasthecht
Eiwitten herkend door gastheer produceert hiertegen antistoffen
De letter/cijfercode slaat op het type antigenen
H: hemagglutinine N: neuraminidase
2. Er is een risico op voedselbesmetting als we eenzelfde bord gebruiken voor het ongebakken
en gebakken barbecuevlees. (video FAVV) (niveau 2)
JUIST
Voedselbesmetting = voedselinfectie = ziek door organisme zelf.
Besmet rauw vlees gebakken = MO gedood.
MAAR terug op zelfde bord herbesmetting.
