ALGEMENE CEL EN WEEFSELLEER: PRACTICUMINTEGUMENT

Trichroom-anilline blauw kleuring
Verschillende lagen van de huid:
1) Cutis = echte huid
1. Epidermis = rood
- Opperhuid = epitheellaag
- Meerlagig verhoornd plaveiselepitheel
- Cytoplasma wordt alsmaar donkerder
Komt door opstapeling van keratinefilamenten die typische hoornlaag maken
Op die manier hebben we te maken met functioneel verschillende lagen
- Epidermiskammen wisselen af met dermpapillen
Afwisseling zorgt dat epidermis stevig vast zit aan dermis = trekvast geheel
2. Dermis = blauw
- Lederhuid = bindweefsellaag
- Al onze collageenvezels lopen in bundels in verschillende richtingen
Moet in alle mogelijke richtingen kunnne meebewegen
Onregelmatig dicht collageen bindweefsel
- Dermpapillen = wisselen af met epidermiskammen
Dermpapillen vormen allemaal samen stratum papillare van dermis
Afwisseling zorgt dat dermis stevig vast zit aan epidermis = trekvast geheel
Hebben in bindweefsellaag allemaal bleodvaatjes zorgen dat er voedingsstoffen en O2
naar bovenliggende epitheel wordt teruggestuurd
Lichaampje van Meissner = tastlichaampje
- Liggen in dermpapillen
- Opgebouwd uit op elkaar gestapelde cellen = gemodificeerde Schwann-cellen
Cellen opgestapeld en liggen rondom centrale zenuwvezel
- Wanneer op epitheel druk wordt uitgeoefend, zullen Schwann-cellen
membraanverandering ondergaan door mechanische vervorming
Zorgt dat er mechano-sensitieve kanalen geopend worden
Cellen zullen via zenuwvezel (die daar ook mee verwant staat) signalen
kunnen doorsturen naar centrale zenuwstelsel
2) Subcutis = onderhuid/hypodermis
- Verzameling van allemaal vetcellen
Gekenmerkt door grote vetvacuole en wandstandig cytoplasma met kern in
- Artefacten insluitmiddel = ronde stucturen
Niet verwarren!!
- Lichaampje van vater pacini
Bestaat uit concentrische cirkels = gliacellen
- Gliacellen georiënteerd rondom een zenuwvezel
- Zenuwvezel zal informatie sturen naar centrale zenuwstelsel
