Vorm van gladde spiercel = spoelvormig
- Uiteinde = veel smaller
- Midden = breder
- Centraal ligt de kern = kurkentrekker vorm
- Zone rondom kern = filamentenvrij sacroplasma (lichter)
- Dwarse doorsnede van spierbundel
Vorm van gladde spiercel = cirkelvormige structuren
- Kernen gaan bruin aankleuren
- Rondom kern lichtere zone = filamentenvrij sacroplasma
- Dwarse doorsnede = aangesneden door midden van cel kern te zien
- Kleinere doorsnedes = aansnijding meer naar uiteinde van spoelvormige spiercel
- Grotere doorsnedes = aansnijding meer naar midden van spoelvormige spiercel
- Rondom elke spiercel ga je bindweefsel terugvinden = endomysium
- Rondom elke spierbundel ga je bindweefsel terugvinden = perimysium
In bindweefsel ga je ook weer capillairtjes teurgvinden
