Claim denied as maintenance was not "relaying or repairing" Alder v George 1964 Official Secrets Act 1920 made it an offence to obstruct HM forces "in the vicinity" of a prohibited place., D caused an obstruction inside but found guilty as otherwise it would be an absurd outcome
