3. Doctoral-level psychological education: 1. Psy.D., Ph.D., Ed.D. in psychology
from an accredited institution recognized and approved by DoE of US and Canada
2. Institution had programmatic accreditation from an agency recognized by DoE
4. Practice of Psychology: 1. Observation, description, evaluation, interpretation,
and modification of human bx, by the use of scientific and applied psychological
principles.

5. Practice of School Psychology- Assessment: Psychoeducational, develop-
mental, and vocational assessment
6. Practice of School Psychology- Counseling: Short-term situation-oriented
, professional interaction for amelioration or prevention of learning/adjustment prob-
lems.
