– In my P3 I have chosen adventure tourism as my special interest tourism since more people
are encouraging themselves to go on a holidays and try out the different activities available
in that destination and also explore the remote regions, hence adventure tourism has
become very popular amongst the tourists. Tour operators have also in selling their
customers with adventure based holidays since more and more people are buying such
holidays. Adventure tourism is fun but also comes with a lot of danger and tourist are willing
to take the risk. For example a couple to for skiing to an extreme cold destination will need
to have health insurance.
