Oefenvragen voor het 6e en laatste tentamen in het Engels met antwoorden en
uitleg bij elke vraag erbij. Per week zijn de vragen opgedeeld in deel 1 en 2. Het
tentamen zelf zal ook in het Engels zijn, goed om hier dus alvast aan te wennen
en mee te oefenen!

 WEEK 1, PART I

There is no ranking in the scores of gender, thus the level of measurement of
this variable is nominal at the most.

Problem 2 (vl 2, wk 1).

Socio-economic status (low, middle, high) is an example of what level of
measurement?

b. Ordinal

c. Interval

d. Ratio

There is ranking in the scores of socio-economic status, but one cannot compare
differences between the scores, thus the variable is at most of ordinal scale
level.

If one also can compare the differences between the scores, then the variable is
measured at interval scale and for a ratio scale, there additionally should be an
absolute zero.
