Coordinates integration of current MCIS, non-MCIS, and future systems into integrated Army capability. TCM-L: 1. Army Range Safety Program Manager 2. HQDA executive agent for Range Modernization and Standardization. 3. HQDA executive agent for Standards in Training Commission. 4. Staff proponent and TCM for planning and executing live training support programs. Non-system TADSS 1. Supports general military training. 2.
