Life processes:Enzymes:
● Are biological catalysts that speeds up reactions in the body without being used up in the

● The factors affecting diffusion are Concentration gradient, surface area, distance, and temp
● Active transport is the movement of particles against a concentration gradient
● Osmosis in cells is the net movement of water into and out of a partially permeable cell
membrane
The variety of living organisms:
● Eukaryotic cells have a nucleus which is surrounded by a membrane
● Prokaryotic cells do not have a membrane bound nucleus
