, Klinisch scenario
40 jarige man getrouwd + 3 kinderen, BMI van 25,5. Transport bedr
voor de horeca (40 uur) veel zware dingen tillen + lange ritten in d
vrachtwagen. Sport nooit
Sinds 3 weken last van zijn lage rug tijdens lang zitten/staan,
omdraaien in bed, opstaan, bukken (NPRS 7). Als meneer loopt, of
ligt is de pijn minder maar wel aanwezig (NPRS 5).
Ontstaansmoment bij meneer onbekend. Heeft eerdere episode van
rug klachten gehad, nooit naar fysio geweest. Afgelopen 3 dagen n
kunnen werken.
De hulpvraag van meneer is dan ook om zo snel mogelijk weer aan
werk te kunnen zonder pijn aan zijn rug.
Meneer had weinig controle over zijn eigen rug/core. Bruggetje + p
niet goed stabiliseren.
