Een flacon bevat 2 g Augmentin® in poedervorm. Je moet het totale oplosmiddel dat bestaat uit 10ml NaCl
0,9% gebruiken.
Het voorschrift luidt : 1000mg Augmentin® toedienen.

Gevraagd:
Hoeveel ml dien je toe?

Oplossing:
2 g Augmentin® = 2000 mg Oplosmiddel= 10 ml
2000mg 1000 mg
10 ml X X= 5 ml
Dus je dient 5 ml toe

Oefening 2:
Mevr. Joris is 44 jaar. Ze is gevallen en heeft een bekkenfractuur.
Mevr. heeft zeer veel pijn. Op doktersvoorschrift mag je Morfine® 22,5 mg SC toedienen. Je beschikt over
een ampul Morfine® 1,5%.

Gevraagd:
Hoeveel ml moet je optrekken en SC toedienen?

Oplossing:
1%--> 1 gr. in 100 ml
Morfine = 1,5%-->1,5 gr. in 100 ml
1500 mg in 100 ml
1500 mg 22,5 mg
100 ml X X= 1,5 ml
Dus 1,5 ml Morfine® optrekken en subcutaan toedienen
