,Voorwoord
Hieronder presenteren wij u de landenstudie van Denemarken, uitgevoerd in opdracht van het
Ministerie van Economische Zaken van Denemarken. Als vastgoedadviseurs hebben wij deze studie
recentelijk uitgevoerd om het Ministerie te adviseren over manieren om de investeringsbereidheid in
Denemarken te vergroten. Hierbij hebben wij gebruikgemaakt van actuele en moderne economische
inzichten.
Door middel van diverse analyses geven wij een helder overzicht van de economische groei,
gezondheid en ontwikkelingen van Denemarken. Dit onderzoek heeft als doel om te laten zien hoe
aantrekkelijk Denemarken is als investeringsland. Ter vergelijking hebben wij ook de situatie in
Nederland meegenomen. Deze landenstudie is niet alleen van belang voor het Ministerie, maar ook
voor buitenlandse investeerders. Aansluitend op deze studie zal er een adviesbrief volgen met
beleidsaanbevelingen, gericht op het verbeteren van de investeringsmogelijkheden in vastgoed in
Denemarken.
