ComputerI’m using it because it helps me to find information. For example, when I
need to write about Apple in my assignment, I’m using the computer to
find information on google. Also, I’m using computer for entertainment,
for example, to listen music, to play games by myself or with my friends
or to watch videos on social media. Furthermore, I’m using computer to
communicate with others such as friends, family, or colleagues. Also, I’m
using computers to email to my teachers my work.
When I’m using the computer, I am staying at the middle of the chair and
with the back leaning on chair. Also, I’m staying sometimes with elbow on
the table or in air. I use to stay on the chair with cross legs. Lastly, I’m
staying with close to computer screen but sometimes I stay further
because my eyes are hurting me and I start tearing.
1. Computers can help generate higher sales and profits for businesses
via a company website. Many businesses now operate online and
around the clock to allow customers from around the world to shop
for their products and services.
2. Most businesses have some sort of productivity software which
typically includes a word processor and spreadsheet application.
These two programs allow businesses to create reports, memos,
tutorials and even colorful ads for company events. Spreadsheet
applications give businesses the chance to organize, manage and
calculate both numeric and alphabetic data. With charts and graphs,
reporting becomes visual instead of text-based.
Firstly, I need to mention that when I’m using the computer I should push
my back as far can go in the chair because if I set with the back crowed it
can numb. Also, I should set close to keyboard with the hands on the table
because if I’m far, my hands can numb as well; the monitor should be at a
comfortable horizontal distance for viewing (approx. 30 cm). The legs
should stay straight on the floor with the soles on something comfortable.
