vote, discussion, or amendments; the chairperson must immediately ask for
a standing or ballot vote when this motion is asked for
-Division Vote - -members stand or raise hands in support or against a
motion-provides an accurate count of votes
-General Consent - -the chairperson asks "If there are no objections....the
motion will pass"-this is used when a motion is not likely to be opposed
