Het verslag wat voor u ligt is een portfolio voor de module C48 professioneel doelgericht
coachen. In deze module voer ik als coach een coaching traject uitvoer. Ik heb deze opdracht
uitgevoerd met een vriendin die een coachvraag heeft.
De opbouw van het portfolio, het portfolio start met mijn persoonlijke visie over coaching
hierna volgen vier uitgewerkte gesprekken met voorbereiding, verloop en reflectie.
Ik wil mijn coachee Hester ontzettend bedanken voor het delen van haar coachvraag en het
aan gaan van het coaching traject. Hiernaast wil ik X bedanken voor haar leerzame lessen en
het individuele gesprek online. Dit heeft geholpen bij het accepteren dat ik lerende ben in
het coachen.
