I just looked at it. Those strange characters in between there I can not do much about it, in my original file this is not so and it's just a docx.file. but nothing is gone. So if you remove those characters, you do have the original file and no information is missing. Greetings

Duur postpartumKraambed of postpartum (of puerperium)
= periode vanaf de geboorte van de placenta en de vliezen, waarin het vrouwelijk organisme en de
vrouwelijke genitaliën terugkeren naar een niet-zwangere toestand. kraambed in enge zin: de 1ste
10 dagen na de geboorte.
Vroeger:
Kraamvrouwen verbleven gedurende deze 10 dagen in het ziekenhuis.
Nu:
Wegens kostenbesparende maatregelen verblijfsduur van 4 dagen.
De verschijnselen van ontzwangering zijn 6 weken zichtbaar. MAAR, het kan 9 maanden duren
vooraleer het vrouwelijk organisme volledig ontzwangerd is. Elke zwangerschap laat tekens achter
dus je lichaam wordt nooit meer zoals voor je zwangerschap.
Duur kraambed = 6 weken of 42 dagen
Eindigt met postnataal onderzoek (6w na geboorte)
Doelstellingen van de postpartumzorg
VV: observatie, informatie en begeleiding!
Doelstellingen binnen normale postpartumzorg:
Evalueren van de evolutieve veranderingen.
Voorkomen van verwikkelingen.
Verlichten van postpartumongemakken.
Begeleiding bij borstvoeding.
Bevorderen van ouder-kindrelatie & ouderschap door voorlichting & begeleiding.
Stimuleren van postpartumonderzoek op 6 weken.
