1. Goed bereik van het operatiegebied
2. Verantwoordelijke houding m.b.t. circulatie en ademhaling
→ stem van anesthesioloog en chirurg gelijk in houding gelijk
Anesthesieteam: houd zich bij positionering bezig met de betrokken lichaamsdelen bij anesthesie
Chirurgisch team: positioneert de rest van het lichaam, omloop bevestigd alle hulpstukken
