In dit document vindt u het verslag 3.2.1 Praktijkleerplan. Het praktijkleerplan geeft een
duidelijk overzicht over wat mijn stage bij het Straathoekwerk inhoudt en wat mijn taken hier
zijn. Verder vertel ik wie mijn collega’s zijn en met welke externe partners wij samenwerken.
Bij het Straathoekwerk worden er verschillende methodieken gebruikt. Deze methodieken
licht ik toe in een later deel in het verslag.
