Opdracht A
Ik loop stage bij De organisatie, een organisatie die zich richt op het ondersteunen van mensen met een
(licht) verstandelijke beperking. Als zorginstelling biedt De organisatie verschillende vormen van zorg,
begeleiding en ondersteuning aan individuen met uiteenlopende zorgbehoeften.
Deze opdracht heb ik met een cliënte van 27 jaar uitgevoerd. Zij heeft een licht verstandelijke beperking,
en concentratieproblemen (ADHD). Ze zit graag achter de computer om creatieve ideeën uit te werken.
Tijdens het begeleiden heb ik rekening gehouden met de concentratieproblemen. Ze is gemakkelijk te
motiveren, omdat ze open staat om nieuwe dingen te leren. Bij haar dagbesteding zijn er huishoudelijke
taken, waarvan ze er een paar niet leuk vindt en vaak ook niet doet. In het rood de ‘probleemtaken’.

Dinsdag Planten in de gang en gezamenlijke ruimte water geven, Einde dagbesteding: 1 uur

Woensdag Afnemen van stof in de woonruimte, Afnemen van ramen in de woonruimte, Einde
dagbesteding: 1 uur eigen invulling
Donderdag De konijnen van de stichting eten geven, Einde dagbesteding: 1 uur eigen invulling
Vrijdag Kleding wassen en vouwen, Bed verschonen, Einde dagbesteding: 1 uur eigen invulling
Het is mij opgevallen dat zij individuele taken saai vindt. Het afwassen doet ze met andere cliënten, dus
dat vindt ze leuk. Ze probeert onder probleemtaken uit te komen door naar de wc te gaan of te zeggen
dat ze lichaamspijnen heeft. Ook begint zij veel eerder aan haar laatste uurtje eigen invulling.
Op basis van inzichten en kijkend naar de fysieke en mentale staat van de cliënt, is het volgende leerdoel
voortgevloeid: Cliënt heeft ondersteuning en begeleiding nodig op het gebied van concentratie en het
