, The Project Management Professional exam has 180 questions, is pass/fail only (no score), and is
timed at 230 minutes. It’s a lot of material, but don’t worry, you’ll have two 10 minute breaks! The
format of the questions vary between multiple choice, multiple response, matching, hot spot
(diagram) and fill in the blank. On the exam, 42% of the questions will be about people, 50% about
process and the remaining 8% on business environment. The material will be half traditional project
management and half agile project management.
