Voorwoord
Ik ben , en ik zit momenteel in mijn laatste jaar van de hbo-verpleegkunde
opleiding aan Hogeschool Saxion in Enschede. Sinds februari 2019 ben ik in dienst van het
in Enschede, waar ik momenteel werkzaam ben op de
afdeling vaatchirurgie.
De vaatchirurgie staat bekend om haar complexiteit en heeft een hoge turnover, waarbij veel
patiënten worden geopereerd. Deze afdeling dient als locatie voor mijn afstudeerproject en
onderzoek.
Dit verslag is samengesteld als onderdeel van mijn afstudeerwerk voor mijn opleiding. Het
omvat drie afzonderlijke reflectieverslagen die elk zijn gekoppeld aan verschillende aspecten
van mijn opleiding aan het Saxion. Het eerste reflectieverslag richt zich op mijn rol als
zorgverlener, zoals beschreven in de opleidingskaart van Saxion. Het tweede
reflectieverslag belicht mijn rol als gezondheidsbevorderaar, ook volgens de opleidingskaart.
Het derde reflectieverslag behandelt de innovatieopdracht van de afstudeermodule
OHBOV18. Elk van deze reflecties is gebaseerd op mijn ervaringen en observaties tijdens
mijn werkzaamheden.
Voor het gebruik van de naam van de organisatie is toestemming gevraagd. Binnen de
reflectieverslagen zijn patiënten geanonimiseerd.
