RAIC EXAM STUDY GUIDECOI - 1 - ANS-uses and discloses my personal information to govt and 3rd parties in accordance with privacy laws
COI - 2 - ANS-privilege must be used in a manner that is compliant with the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations
COI - 3 - ANS-I am subject to any service charges and penalty fees set associated with the issuance and recovery of any RAIC
COI - 4 - ANS-the pass issued to me and all information therein is property of the Airport
Authority. I will present the pass immediately upon demand by the Aerodrome Operator or my employer
COI - 5 - ANS-I will return the pass upon any change of circumstance, including termination, change of duties, temporary activity, change in restricted access requirements, absence above 60 days or on or before date of expiry
COI - 6 - ANS-When I use my pass at an access point such as a door, hatch or gate, including baggage systems, I assume control of the access point and all responsibility for ensuring against unauthorized access through that point. I only relinquish this responsibility after ensuring the access point is locked and properly secured
COI - 7 - ANS-I will not knowingly or willingly assist an unauthorized person(s) to access
the Restricted Areas of the Aerodrome
COI - 8 - ANS-I will not use my pass to bypass passenger screening
COI- 9 - ANS-My pass is only valid while I am on duty or work-related duties. I will not access for personal reasons. The Aerodrome Operator reserves the right to confirm my duties within a Restricted Area
COI - 10 - ANS-I will not use my pass to perform work duties not directly related to the business of the company providing sponsorship of my priveles
COI -11 - ANS-I will acknowledge and follow instructions relating to security issues given to me by the Aerodrome Operator, its representatives, the Minister, a CATSA screening officer, or a peace officer
COI - 12 - ANS-I will ensure that my pass is visibly displayed on my outer clothing at all times while I am in a Restricted Area
COI - 13 - ANS-It is my responsibility to safeguard my pass and I will report a lost or stolen pass, together with a police file #(for stolen only), to my sponsor company and Access control office immediately
