, Voorwoord
Voor u ligt ons werving-en-selectieproduct. Onze groep bestaat uit vier personen, twee jongens en
twee meisjes. Wij zijn een diverse groep die ondanks onze verschillen toch goed wist samen te
werken. De afgelopen vijf weken zijn wij als groep aan de slag geweest als junior recruiter voor
BouwWerk Recruiting. Wij zijn verantwoordelijk geweest voor het gehele recruitmentproces van
nieuwe medewerkers. Om dit zo goed mogelijk uit te voeren moesten we als groep veel contact
hebben met het desbetreffende bedrijf Heembouw.
Het verslag van dit project is geschreven in het kader van het vak HRM waarbij wij als studenten
theoriestof moeten toepassen. Het verslag in elkaar zetten was hierdoor niet gemakkelijk, maar door
de feedback die we van onze docent Ilker Ok hebben gekregen, konden we een betere richtlijn
aanhouden. Hierbij willen we graag onze begeleider bedanken voor de fijne begeleiding en
ondersteuning tijdens dit project. Ook willen we alle respondenten bedanken die hebben
meegewerkt aan dit onderzoek. Zonder hun medewerking hadden we dit verslag nooit kunnen
voltooien. Verder wensen wij u veel leesplezier toe.
