,1. Inleiding
Dit document is opgesteld als onderdeel van de verdiepingsmodule 'Beleggen in Vastgoed' van de
studie Vastgoedkunde aan de Fontys Hogeschool voor Economie & Communicatie. In deze module
hebben wij van docent Bram Liebrand de opdracht gekregen om wereldwijd 250 miljoen te beleggen
voor een periode van minstens 20 jaar. De onderwerpen die binnen deze verdiepingsmodule worden
behandeld, omvatten onder andere assetallocatie, selectie van beleggingen, risicoanalyse,
brononderzoek, directe en indirecte vastgoedbeleggingen, evenals publieke en private
vastgoedbeleggingen. Dit document heeft als doel om de volgende leerdoelen te behandelen:
➢ Verantwoording van de keuze voor een assetmix.
➢ Motivering van de keuze voor locaties en het type vastgoed dat in aanmerking komt om in te
beleggen.
➢ Rekening houden met diverse soorten risico's in de voorgestelde beleggingsmix.
➢ Onderzoek naar verschillende vastgoedbronnen, inclusief researchpapers, en het valideren
van deze bronnen door ze op waarde te schatten.
➢ Toepassing van onderzoeksvaardigheden.
➢ Opstellen van een vastgoedbeleggingspropositie op basis van onderbouwde keuzes.
