Distribuciones de Probabilidad
Las distribuciones de probabilidad describen cómo se distribuyen los
valores de una variable aleatoria en un conjunto de posibles
resultados. Son fundamentales en estadística y se dividen en dos
tipos principales: discretas y continuas.



Distribuciones Discretas
 Distribución Binomial: Modela el número de éxitos en una
secuencia de ensayos independientes, donde cada ensayo tiene
dos resultados posibles (éxito o fracaso). Por ejemplo, lanzar
una moneda n veces y contar el número de caras.



 Distribución de Poisson: Modela el número de eventos raros que
ocurren en un intervalo fijo de tiempo o espacio. Por ejemplo, el
número de llamadas recibidas en un centro de atención al
cliente por hora.



Distribuciones Continuas
 Distribución Normal (Gaussiana): Es la más conocida y describe
muchas variables en la naturaleza, como la altura o el peso.
Tiene una forma de campana y se caracteriza por su media y
desviación estándar.



 Distribución Uniforme: Todos los valores dentro de un intervalo
tienen la misma probabilidad de ocurrir. Por ejemplo, el
lanzamiento de un dado justo.
