The business that I have chosen is a desert company which sells desert and is made in homemade. Also, if you order it
in the shop then you can see how it is made. However, if you are ordering the food online you would have to pay extra
due to delivery fees. Also, my plan is for me to make the business noticeable by creating a social media platform and
reach a large audience for you to sell their products to. The aim for the business is to increase the number of sales and
get noticed by people. I want to use social media for a chance to increase the amount of the customers and have a
higher demand for the products that are getting sold. Also, the use of social media can be used as customer service as
it can be easier to respond to the customers faster which would look good for the business as it would show that they
care about their customers feedback or questions. Also, you can do it on your phone. The end result of all of this is
that the business that I have chosen has become worldwide and has a large number of customers worldwide.

My business that I am helping would be using social media to promote the ice cream brand so they can get recognised
for what they sell. Also, we will be posting photos of the ice cream products and a video of the shop. Another use we
are going to benefit from while using social media is that we are going to engage in which the customers, whether it is
just a question or a review of our products. Also, this can be used for customer service as you can respond to the
complaint at a faster rate, which makes the business also positive reviews. This is a plus as it would give the ice cream
business positive feedback and would attract more customers to visit and buy the ice cream that is getting sold. Also,
when there is a new ice cream flavours or desert coming out, we will post it on social media such as Instagram and
write about the ice cream in a brief summary of it to try and hook the customers to pay for it. However, the main
platforms that the business would use are Instagram, Facebook and Twitter as there are millions of active users and
there is a higher chance for people to buy your products.

The business that I have chosen is trying to achieve a larger audience and trying to get customers to be aware of the
products that are being made. Also, by having a larger customer base it could therefore be easier for people to trust the
business as they would have loyal customers buying and reviewing the products made. Also, the business is trying to
increase the number of sales that is getting made by the days and social media is a perfect platform for that as it could
reach a large amount of people and they could potentially pay for your products. However, businesses mainly use
social media as an inexpensive method to promote their products at a cheap rate, which would be helpful as they can
invest into their products and sell them to the people who buy them.

manage to post at that time slot.
