, Inleiding
In dit verslag leest u een beroepsproduct voor de module S27 Cultuursensitief werken in
zorg en welzijn. Dit verslag is geschreven door…... In dit beroepsproduct analyseer ik drie
knelpunten binnen mijn organisatie. Als afsluiting volgt er een advies naar mijn collega’s toe.
De knelpunten zijn verzameld binnen een woon-zorgcomplex van…. ….. is een zorgaanbieder
zowel voor thuis als woon-zorg tevens ook voor gehandicaptenzorg.
Mijn knelpunten heb ik verzameld in een intramurale setting waar ongeveer 100 bewoners
wonen. Het woon-zorgcomplex is verdeeld in 5 verdiepingen. Zelf ben ik werkzaam op de
begaande grond en verdieping 1.
Mijn team en ik bieden zorg in verschillende soorten en maten. Van steunkous tot volledige
hulp/ondersteuning bij de ADL. Het blijft wel belangrijk dat er gekeken wordt naar
protocollen en naar de bewoner.
