Dit verslag is geschreven voor de module “Technologie in zorg en welzijn”. In dit verslag staat
zorgtechnologie centraal. Deze module volg ik in het kader van mijn duale opleiding tot HBO-
verpleegkundige aan de Hogeschool Saxion. Het beroepsproduct bestaat uit een actueel
probleem uit mijn eigen werkveld. In het verslag kunt u lezen hoe de organisatie innoveert
op de werkvloer en de adviezen die volgen voor een leeromgeving. Als laatste wordt het
probleem geëvalueerd en wordt er een advies geschreven.
Mijn naam is…….en vanaf 2021 werkzaam in de ouderenzorg als verpleegkundige. Op dit
moment werk ik in het verzorgingshuis en verpleegkundig team in de wijk. Beide teams
leveren zorg aan ouderen in de thuissituatie.
Als slot wil ik graag mijn docent bedanken voor de uitleg in de lessen, mijn werkbegeleider
voor het mee denken om een actueel probleem op de werkvloer aan te pakken.
