When u do sport regularly your risks of diabetes, heart attack & high blood pressure are lowered/diminished.

When we do sport stress hormones are released such as adrenaline & our body becomes less sensitive to stress

Le cerveau secrète des endorphines qui font qu´ on se sent bien, cela aide les gens déprimés.
The brain secretes endorphins which make us feel good & this helps depressed ppl.
On dort mieux,l ´entrainement provoque 1 allongement du temps de sommeil lent profond le plus réparateur.
We sleep better & training causes the time of deep,slow sleep to last longer,the cycle that is the most repairing
On perd des kilos superflus et on garde la ligne.
We lose kilos that we don t need & stay in shape
