Inleiding
Tijdens mijn stage was er een intern Multidisciplinair overleg (MDO) waarbij er
meestal twee of drie disciplines aanwezig zijn. Hierbij was vaak de
wijkverpleegkundige, maatschapelijke werker, verzorgende ig, en de directeur. Hier
worden over patiënten gesproken waar extra vraag naar is, zoals zorg of
complicaties die zijn opgetreden zowel financieel als ze zorg zelf. Hierbij heb ik een
casus genomen die op mijn stage voor kwam. Het MDO heb ik geleid en
opgenomen. Waarover ik in dit verslag ga reflecteren.
