1.1 Necrotiserende sialometaplasie: Palatinaal anesthesie ulcus
Beninge ulcerend letsel, meestal thv achterzijde v palatum durum
Steeds ten gevolgen v toediening lokaal anestheticum
Te hard toedienen v anestheticum
⇒ we zetten in heel veel druk in klein gebied schade v cellen thv plaats waar het is
ingebracht necrose en ulcus
Etiologie
Veroorzaakt door ischemische necrose
- Directe beschadiging bloedvaten
- ± vaatvernauwend effect anesthesievloeistof met adrenaline
o Adrenaline inbrengen werkt minder bloeden
o Bij ZS en kanker adrenaline wegnemen veel meer bloeding
o Ischemie zuurstoftekort cel te kort en vaatvernauwing

Ulcus enkele dagen na injectie
Meestal niet pijnlijk
