= Een pathologische toestand waarbij de weefsels onderling van elkaar gescheiden zijn of
vernietigd
= Een onderbreking van de normale structuur en functie van de huid Weefselschade
- Wonde kunnen we opdelen in:
o Gesloten wonden = Weefsels zijn onderling van elkaar gescheiden
o Open wonden = Weefsels zijn vernietigd
- Voorbeelden:
1.1 Oorzaak wonde
- Beschadiging
o Fysisch = Ontstaat door onvoldoende zuurstofvoorziening en/of voeding van de
weefsels
o Mechanisch = Ontstaat door scherp of stomp voorwerp of ander geweld van
buitenaf
o Thermisch = Ontstaan onder invloed van warmte of koude
, - Onderliggende stoornis (vaak wonden die slecht genezen chronische wonden) omvat
bepaalde pathologie die een invloed heeft op de zuurstofvoorziening en/of aanvoer van
voedingstoffen

1. FASEN IN DE WONDGENEZING
- Bestaat uit 4 fasen:
o Ontstekingsfase
o Proliferatie/granulatiefase
o Maturatiefase
o Littekenvorming
1.1 Ontstekingsfase (coagulatiefase, inflammatiefase en opruimfase)
- Acute ontstekingsfase normale lichaamsreactie
- Opruiming dood weefsel en bacteriën
- Duurt 0 – 6 dagen
- Vasculaire respons begint bij vasodilatatie Capillaire druk daalt
- Vocht in de omgeving neemt toe
- Migratie van erythrocyten (Rode bloedcellen) en trombocyten vanuit bloedbaan naar
wondgebied
Coagulatiefase + inflammatiefase
- Vasoconstrictie Bloedverlies beperken
- Coagulatie: Bloedplaatjes stoppen bloedverlies
o Productie fibrinogeen (stolling)
- Inflammatiefase: afscheiding chemo tactische stoffen die leukocyten aantrekken

- Resoptie derbis (= Afscheidingsproduct leukocyten) lymfe of pusvorming
