Al-ÁndalusConquista del Reino visigodo (711 al 714). La conquista fue rápida
debido a la guerra civil visigoda, además había una superioridad militar
musulmana y se firmaron capitulaciones pactadas con nobles visigodos.
La conquista fue dirigida por Tariq, Muza y Abd al-Aziz.
Emirato dependiente de Damasco (714 al 756). Córdoba se eligió
como la capital. Hubo una inestabilidad política que llevo a una
rebelión de los bereberes contra los árabes en el 741.
Emirato independiente de Córdoba. (756 al 929). Fue fundado por
Abderramán I, que fue jefe político. Las decisiones religiosas las
tomaba su califa de Bagdad. Hubo una inestabilidad política que llevo a
que retrocedieran tras el avance de los reinos cristianos.
Califato de Córdoba. (929 al 1031). Fue fundado por Abderramán III
que se proclamó califa, fue la época de mayor esplendor político,
económico y cultural. Almanzor hizo que el Califato se convirtiera en
una dictadura militar, saqueando los reinos cristianos. Los últimos años
del Califato fueron de inestabilidad, tras la rebelión de Córdoba.
Hisham III dejó de ser califa y el Califato desapareció.
Economía, sociedad, cultura y el legado judío en la
península.
La economía en el Al-Ándalus. Destacaron actividades económicas
como la agricultura, la artesanía y el comercio. La estructura de la
propiedad era latifundista y la artesanía prospero en las ciudades. El
centro económico de la ciudad islámica era el zoco.
La sociedad. Los musulmanes eran superiores a los infieles. Los
musulmanes se podían dividir en árabes y sirios, que eran los
terratenientes. Los bereberes que eran los pastores que iban contra la
aristocracia y los muladíes que eran los visigodos convertidos al islam.
Entre los no musulmanes están los judíos y lo mozárabes, los judíos
vivían en juderías y ejercían el comercio y las finanzas. Los mozárabes
disminuyeron en número por las conversiones. En la base de la
sociedad estaban los esclavos, que aprovecharon la jefatura militar para
convertirse en Taifas tras la caída del Califato. Y los negros que
realizaban todas las tareas domésticas.
