Yoga Sculpt Intro correct answers How's everyone doing? My name is Tyler, and I will be guiding you through your 60 minute yoga sculpt class today. If you haven't taken this class before, Yoga Sculpt is heated power yoga with weights. It includes some yoga, some strength training, and some cardio. It's great! So, let's get started in extended child's pose. Extended Child's Pose correct answers Spread your knees wide Bring your big toes to touch Rest your forehead on the mat Reach your arms out long in front of you Sink your hips back towards your heels Intro During Child's Pose correct answers Start to settle into this space and bring your focus to your mat. Leave behind any part of your day, your week, and become fully present here. Take a deep Inhale through your nose Open-mouth Exhale In Yoga Sculpt, we use open mouth exhales to release heat from the body. It will get pretty hot in here, so take breaks whenever you need because I offer few of them during class. When you do take breaks, come to a seat with your head over your heart to let your heart come down. Avoid returning to child's pose. Then join us when you're ready. During class I will be offering some hands on adjustments and assists to guide proper alignment. If you wish not to be touched, that's perfectly fine, just let me know now by waving a hand off of your mat. Thanks! Know that I am hear to guide you this class, but you are your best teacher. So, listen to your body! Take breaks whenever you need, and take any modifications that feel right in your body. Lastly, this class incorporates weights, but know that weights are always optional. If you choose not to use weights you'll still get a great workout.
