NeurobiologieAufbau einer Nervenzelle:
Das Neuron:
Im Zellkörper (Soma) findet die Reizaufnahme und
Verarbeitung statt.
Im Axon findet die Impulsweiterleitung statt.
Im Endknöpfchen findet die Reizweiterleitung statt.
Das Nervensystem des Menschen
Das Nervensystem eines Menschen besteht aus dem Zentralen Nerven
System (ZNS), welches durch das Großhirn, Kleinhirn und dem Rückenmark
verläuft und dem Peripherem Nerven System (PNS).
Das PNS besteht aus dem Somatischen Nervensystem und dem Vegetativen
Nervensystem.
Somatisches NS = willkürliche Nervensystem
- Steuert bewusste Körperfunktionen, d.h. Funktionen die dem Willen
unterworfen sind und registriert die Signale der Sinnesorgane.
Vegetatives NS = autonomes Nervensystem
- Steuert und kontrolliert lebensnotwendige Körperfunktionen
(Herzschlag, Atmung, Verdauung, Drüsen, Sexualorgane,
Blutgefäßsysteme)
Das Ruhepotential
Beim Ruhepotential ist der Extrazellularraum
positiv geladen und das Intrazellularraum
negativ geladen. Das Potential beträgt
– 70 mV bis – 90 mV.

- Chemischer Gradient (Diffusion)
- Elektrischer Gradient
