GRAVITY, WEIGHT AND MASS.Weight is the force of gravity on an object. Mass always stays
the same, but weight can change depending on how much
gravity acts on an object.
Interesting fact: any two masses have gravitational attraction

attraction.
FORMATION OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM.
Our solar system formed about 4.5 billion years ago from a
dense cloud of interstellar gas and dust. The cloud collapsed,
possibly due to a shock wave from a nearby exploding star,
called a supernova. When this dust cloud collapsed, it formed
a solar nebula, a spinning, swirling disk of material.
MOVEMENT IN SPACE.
Objects in space follow the laws or rules of physics, just as
objects on Earth do. Things in space have inertia. That is, they
travel in a straight line unless there is a force that makes them
stop or change. The movement of things in space is influenced
by gravity.
