Kennisclips bloed morfologie: hoofdstuk 2het hart
Figuur 2.1: opbouw van de bloedsomloop
Centraal: hart = holle spier die ritmisch contraheert en bestaat uit 4 kamer (RA, RV, LA, LV)
Spier onder het hart = diafragma (pars muscularis en pars membranea)
Hart ligt in mediastinum en is omgeven door hartzakje (= pericard)
los in pericard behalve dorsaal en craniaal rondom grote bloedvaten = omslagplooi
Pulmonale circulatie = kleine bloedsomloop (R)
1. Gedeoxygeneerd bloed komt vanuit spieren en draineert vanuit vena cavae in RA
2. Bloed gaat van RA naar RV via tricuspidalisklep
3. Via truncus pulmonalis en longslagaders wordt het bloed naar longen gevoerd
CO2 gaat uit bloed thv longen en O2 komt in bloed
Systemische circulatie = grote bloedsomloop (L)
1. Zuurstofrijke bloed gaat via longvenen (4x) naar LA
2. Bloed gaat dan naar LV (= dikste spier van hart gaat bloed rondpompen aan
systolische druk van 120 of meer) via mitralisklep
3. Bloed gaat via aorta (zuurstofrijk) terug worden verdeeld over het lichaam en dus ook
naar spieren

Atrium dextrum: bloed (zuurstofarm) komt toe via 2 vena cavae
Atrioventriculaire klep = tricuspidalis klep (lager dan mitralis klep)

= anatomische grens ts atria en ventrikels
quasi circulair; wordt onderbroken op facies sternocostalis door aorta en tr. pulmonalis
Apex maakt deel uit van linkerventrikel
Vanaf sulcus coronarius tot rechts van apex: sulcus interventricularis anterior aan voorzijde
= grens ts grotere ventriculus dexter en kleinere, dikkere ventriculus sinister
Anterieur van atria (liggen meer dorsaal) en craniaal van sulcus coronarius loopt aorta met
links tr. pulmonalis
hoe verder truncus gaat, hoe meer die posterieur komt te liggen van aorta
- R truncus pulmonalis komt posterior van aorta
Aanhangsel anterieur truncus pulmonalis = auricula sinistra = linker hartoor
