Indeling in arteries en venen obv drukverhoudingen, niet door O2-rijk of – arm bloed
Arterieel systeem (hoger druk): bloed weg van hart
Veneus systeem: bloed naar het hart
Er kunnen grotere drukverschillen zijn tov verschillende vaten
Iemand die jong is, kan veel bloed verliezen zonder een impact op BP, want BP bevindt zich in
aorta en grote arteriën.
Bij meer bloedverlies, heb je ook verlies van bloed in arterieel systeem en dus grote BP-
veranderingen
Oppervlakte van capillairen is 800x groter dan die van aorta
bloed in hoge snelheid door aorta, in capillairen niet anders geen efficiënte uitwisseling

Klein deel van circulerend volume gaat thv capillairen uit bloedbaan treden en wordt
opgenomen door lymfatisch systeem (zo niet: oedeem)
90% van vocht dat uit capillairen gaat, wordt terug opgenomen door capillairen thv thorax
Hydrostatische druk (= druk van bloed) gaat licht afnemen bloed stroomt uit capillairen
Osmotische druk gaat toenemen richting venulen vocht in interstitium wordt terug
opgenomen door veneuze systeemcirculatie
Vasa lymfatica: opname van overige vocht ductuli lymfaticus drainage in venen

Sulcus coronarius, (ts atria en ventrikels) is onderbroken aan facies sternocostalis
Aorta: begint dorsaal van tr pulmonalis
boven, ventraal rechts ( tr pulmonalis: boven, dorsaal links): rechtsvoor tr pulmonalis
Ontstaat op aortaklep: 3 sinussen = BULBUS
Sino-tubulaire junctie: ts bulbus en aorta ascendens thv van noduli
belangrijke zijtakken van aorta ascendens: R, L en non-coronaire/post sinus
Doorsnede volgens A en B
Aorta ligt meer dorsaal dan tr pulmonalis
Afhankelijk van plaats van snijden (B) aorta wat meer anterieur verlopen

Zenuw vanuit hals, anterieur van aortaboog: L n. recurrens < n. Vagus (paralyse stemband)

N recurrens: larynx bezenuwen (<n Vagus)

Dorsaal: glomus caroticum (neuroendocrien orgaantje met chemoreceptoren)
Sinus caroticum (verbreding): baroreceptoren/drukreceptoren regulatie bloeddruk
- Stijging van P: hartslag gaat dalen en BP ook
