Personenbelasting is verschuldigd door natuurlijke personen op hun inkomen.
VZw’s die aan bepaalde voorwaarden voldoen moeten rechtspersonenbelasting
betalen. Als ze niet aan die vw’en voldoen, moeten ze vennootschapsbelasting
betalen.
Belasting van niet-inwoners = Een Nederlander die in BE komt werken moet in BE
belastingen betalen op zijn inkomen. Hetzelfde geldt voor rechtspersonen die in het
buitenland zijn gevestigd, maar die een bijkantoor hebben in BE.
