anyone from knowingly submitting or causing to be submitted a false or fraudulent claim.
Federal Sentencing Guidelines - Correct Ans: Guidelines adopted by the U.S. Sentencing Commission, an
independent agency in the judicial branch of government established by the 1864 Sentencing Reform
Act, to govern the sentencing of individual defendants (1987) and organizations (1991)
