CASO PRÁCTICO 2. DIARIO DE INCIDENTES.El alumno debe, antes de iniciar la actividad, estudiar atentamente la documentación
correspondiente al diario de incidentes de la que dispone en la página del INSST
(https://www.insst.es/-/acoso-psicologico-en-el-trabajo-diario-de-incidentes-ano-2010).
Una vez que se han respondido todas las preguntas, se deberá pulsar sobre Entregar.
En caso de no hacerlo, una vez finalizado el tiempo, el cuestionario se enviará
automáticamente con las respuestas que el alumno haya marcado hasta ese momento.
Una vez finalizada la asignatura el alumno podrá ver sus respuestas. Se avisará de la
disponibilidad por email.
PLANTEAMIENTO
El diario de incidentes es una herramienta de ayuda al diagnóstico de cierto tipo de
riesgos psicosociales diseñada por un grupo de expertos y publicada el año 2010 por el
INSST-INSHT. La finalidad del diario de incidentes es, concretamente, servir de ayuda
en la detección de posibles situaciones de acoso psicológico laboral (o acoso
psicológico en el trabajo, APT).
El diario de incidentes tiene por objeto servir a modo de autoevaluación para el propio
trabajador que se encuentre en un escenario que pudiera calificarse como de acoso
psicológico laboral, ya que sirve de orientación para la identificación de situaciones
conflictivas que pueden ser indicadoras de tal circunstancia.
Este caso práctico se resuelve íntegramente en el Aula virtual. Una vez iniciada la
actividad el alumno tendrá que:
Responder a una serie de preguntas acerca del propio método.
Caracterizar, conforme a las indicaciones del método, varias situaciones que se
le van a plantear.
