Voeding bij mond- en slokdarmaandoeningen

Kauwproblemen
 Oorzaken: tandextracties, kaak- of oogoperaties, parotitis, verlamming
enz.
 Dieetadvies
o Aangepaste consistentie van voeding: afhankelijk van de ernst van
aandoening.
o Vermijden van: scherpe kruiden en specerijen, zure/ zoete
voedingsmiddelen en alcohol.
 Goede mondhygiëne.
Droge mond
 Oorzaken: medicijnen (bv. cytostatica), beschadiging van speekselklieren
enz.
 Dieetadvies
o Voldoende vocht innemen

Pijn bij het slikken
