1. Publiekgericht schrijven

1.1. Doelgroep
Het is belangrijk dat de zender niet voor zichzelf schrijft, maar voor de lezer.

Een tekst die uitsluitend vanuit het perspectief van de zender is geschreven, kan leiden tot misverstanden en
verwarring, wat de effectiviteit van de communicatie vermindert. Het doelgericht schrijven naar de lezer toe
draagt bij aan een professionele uitstraling en versterkt de reputatie van de zender. De lezer zal zo een beter
begrip hebben over de voorgelegde boodschap.

1.2. Boodschap
De boodschap van een tekst komt voor in 4 aspecten:

Het referentiele aspect (de inhoud)
Dit aspect wordt omschreven als de zakelijke inhoud van een tekst. Dit wordt vertaald in feiten of gebeurtenissen
die in de werkelijkheid hebben plaatsgevonden.

Het expressieve aspect (de zender)
Dit aspect geeft meer informatie over de zender, zoals zijn persoonlijkheidstrekken, opvattingen, gevoelens,
waarden, …

Het is belangrijk voor de lezer om te weten wat voor soort persoon de tekst heeft geschreven. Dit zal het
vertrouwen en de betrokkenheid van de lezer stimuleren.

Het relationele aspect (de ontvanger)
Het relationele aspect verwijst naar hoe de schrijver een relatie opbouwt en onderhoudt met de lezer door de
communicatie aan te passen aan diens behoeften, verwachtingen en emoties.

Vb. afstandelijk, dominant, gebruiken van ‘u’ of ‘je’ vorm, …

Het appellerend aspect (het doel)
Het appellerend aspect richt zich op het vermogen van de schrijver om de lezer aan te sporen tot actie,
overtuiging, of verandering. Dit aspect van schrijven is gericht op het beïnvloeden van de lezer om een specifieke
reactie te geven of een bepaalde handeling te verrichten.
