has a "home studio", whichever location a person originally signs up at. Members of
Orangetheory have access to any studio in the US
Late arrival to class - ✔️✔️we will hold a members pre-booked spot in class for only 5
minutes, once the class has begun. After the 5-minute mark, if a member from the waitlist
and is here on "standby" the spot will then go to them. there is also no entry into class after
10 minutes
class cancellation policy - ✔️✔️we have 8-hour class cancelation policy which applies to all
members booked in any class. If a member cancels a class outside the 8-hour window, there
is no penalty. If a member cancels within the 8-hour window they will be subject to a "late
cancel"
