Hierbij vindt u het verslag voor de OHBOV14-module Verpleegkundige Zorg in de Praktijk, de
verdieping. Dit portfolio is samengesteld door Sophie Koppelman, een student hbo-verpleegkunde
aan de Saxion (Parttime) Hogeschool.
In dit kwaliteitsverslag wordt aandacht besteed aan de CanMEDS-rollen:
o Zorgverlener: Het verstrekken van integrale zorg op fysiek, mentaal, functioneel en sociaal
gebied volgens het verpleegkundig proces, in samenwerking met zorgontvangers en
(informele) zorgverleners.
o Gezondheidsbevorderaar: Het bevorderen en ondersteunen van de gezondheid van de
patiënt, samen met andere betrokkenen, gericht op het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van
leven.
o Organisator en onderzoeker: bekijken wat de initiatieven zijn op het gebied van innovatie, en
dit kennis geven aan het team. Dit kan de kwaliteit van zorg bevorderen.
