Neuroanatomía División anatómica
o SNC: Se encuentra rodeado por meninges que rodea al
LCR. Se conforma por:
Encéfalo: Porción del SNC que se encuentra dentro
de la cabeza. Formado por:
Cerebro
Cerebelo
Tronco encefálico
o Mesencéfalo
o Protuberancia
o Bulbo raquídeo
Médula espinal
Pseudo pares craneales: Nervio I y Nervio II
o SNP
Nervios espinales: Salen de la médula
Nervios craneales: Salen del tronco encefálico.
Hay 24 nervios craneales agrupados en 12 pares
División funcional
o Sistema N. Voluntario (Somático): Permite hacer mov.
Voluntarias, ayudados por el músculo esqueléticos.
o SN autónomo: Permite el control involuntario de los
órganos
Sustancia Gris:
La sustancia gris se ve en la
sección transversal como un
pilar en forma de “H” con
cuernos anteriores y
posteriores, o astas, unidos
por una fina comisura gris
que contiene el pequeño
conducto central
(ependimario)
Función: Procesa la
información
Viene de la rama dorsal los
dermatomas
Dentro de las astas hay núcleos:
o Asta anterior: Motora somática
Grupo mediano → Contiene al núcleo de la
respiración
, Grupo central → Contiene al núcleo frénico (controla
la parte mecánica de la respiración) y núcleo
accesorio (esternocleidomastoideo y trapecio)
Grupo lateral → Se encuentra en la región
lumbosacra (miembros inferiores)
o Asta lateral: Motora visceral
Núcleo de la eferencia simpática preganglionar. Se
encuentra en T1 – L2, L3
o Asta Posterior: Sensitiva somática
Sustancia gelatinosa (dolor y temperatura)
Núcleo propio (Permite darse cuenta si está parado
o sentado)
Núcleo dorsal de Clarcke (Huesos neuromusculares
y tendinosos)
Núcleo aferente visceral (Se encuentra en el tórax)
Sustancia Blanca:
Función: Conducción
Corte transversal de la médula espinal en el nivel cervical
medio que muestra la disposición general de los tractos
ascendentes a la derecha y los tractos descendentes a la
izquierda. ↓
