, Inleiding
In dit verslag maak ik in een plan inzichtelijk over wat ik wil leren, waarom dat voor mij als sociaal
werker met uitstroomprofiel LCZ van belang is en hoe ik dat wil gaan leren. Om mijn aanpak te
verantwoorden gebruik ik de MLU van semester twee jaar drie, de uitsluitende leerdoelen en
toetscriteria, de opdrachten en de eisen vanuit de praktijk en de profielen als uitgangspunt. In dit
praktijkleerplan geef ik allereerst een omschrijving van mijn praktijkplek, met de daarbij behorende
doelgroep, visie en missie, doel en functieomschrijving. Daarnaast maak ik inzichtelijk met welke
‘handelingen’ ik de methodische cyclus wil doorlopen, welke (deel)beroepsproducten daaraan
voorafgaan en welke persoonlijke leerdoelen ik daaraan kan koppelen. Ook plan ik wanneer ik de
opdracht Essay wil uitvoeren. Ik schenk aandacht aan de manier waarop ik voorwaarden creëer die
nodig zijn om mijn leerdoelen te behalen en hoe en wanneer ik gericht feedback verzamel op mijn
handelen.
