One positive is government policy could cause change in cirulumim, such as dropping the
pass grade requirements. One negative political factor which could go against the colleges
ethics and morals is if Brexit limits the amount of foreigners into the country, as this will go
against the companies policy, of being accepting of everyone regardless of background., it
will also decrease the amount of applicants



Environmental

One Positive is that The college is trying to cut back on paper usage by switching more of its
resources to technological such as handing in assignments and teaching handouts, as well
as this if students run out of printing credit, they have to pay for more, causing a reduction in
the amount of paper usage. One reason The college has done this to become for ethical
and environmental buy doing their CSR in saving the environment. A negative environmental
factor could include weather and temperature change such as very hot or very cold this will
not only affect employees but also students moral as well as their health.



Social

Social factors can positively affect colleges as if there is a trending topic or popular career
choice this will affect the attendance of those courses, or give the business and opportunity
to open a course around this topic. Social factors such as trends can also have a negative
impact on colleges, as trends change people's interest in certain topics and courses will
change, causing the college to potentially shut down the course, which could annoy future
potential students who still wish to do that topic but also the students already enrolled on that
course.

Having good technology is very important especially for colleges as students will compare
the facilities and teaching methods of each college before they make their decision. As well
