Crullers, a fictitious donut chain in Wisconsin. These videos are like nothing you’ve seen before—and
they are exactly what you’ve been asking for! Because the story line and characters are fictitious, the
videos are full of the “don’ts” of management that you’ve always wanted to show and discuss with your
students. But the series is also funny, and you and your students will thoroughly enjoy the humor these
videos bring to the classroom.
There are actually two videos for every chapter. The Part A videos are featured at the beginning of each
chapter, with discussion questions that can be used to kick off the chapter coverage. These videos are
also featured in the role play exercises that end every chapter, and they are also the basis of the Media
Quizzes, an auto-gradable homework assignment you can give your students through CengageNOW or
CourseMate. However, the DVD also contains another 16 Part B videos that provide even more great
learning resources for you to share with your students in the classroom.
The DVD also contains two additional sets of videos. The first is our On the Job videos that accompany
