Wanneer ik kijk naar het advies m.b.t. de vermoeidheid volgt dit elkaar
logisch op. Bij ernstige vermoeidheidsklachten wordt er nu geadviseerd
om voldoende rust momenten in te bouwen en bij aanhoudende klachten
contact op te nemen met een arts of specialist. Wanneer ik kijk naar de
mildere klachten wordt er nu ook een advies gegeven om rust momenten
in te bouwen en bij aanhoudende klachten geadviseerd om contact op te
nemen met een deskundige. Hier is de arts al achterwege gelaten,
aangezien de klachten minder problematisch zijn. Wanneer ik kijk naar
lage klachten wordt er aangegeven dat energiebalans en levensstijl goed
in evenwicht zijn en dat er geen aanpassingen nodig zijn.
Voor de onderdelen, concentratie, motivatie en lichamelijke beweging
worden er praktische tips gegeven aansluitend op de problematiek. Het
enige wat ik hierin jammer vind, is dat het vrij algemene adviezen zijn. Dit
komt ook omdat je in deze vragenlijsten persoonlijke informatie mist. Mijn
voorkeur zou uit gaan naar iets meer persoonlijke input zoals, hoe was dit
voorheen, wat doe je al wel en wat zou je anders willen. Hierdoor kun je
ook veel gerichter advies geven waardoor je wellicht beter aan kunt
sluiten bij de persoon.
Wat ik ook een nadeel vind is de opbouw van het programma zelf. Op dit
moment zie je een herhaling van zinnen voorbij komen indien je bij
